Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Cardiff Gas Ltd and JGas Ltd

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cardiff Gas by JGas.
Cardiff Gas is a distributor and supplier of liquefied petroleum gas, offering a range of products and services to wholesale and retail customers. The company specialises in ‘off-grid’ domestic gas services, operating mainly across South Wales and South West England.
JGas, part of the Johnston Fuels Group, has been established since 1983, distributing liquefied petroleum gas to domestic and business customers across Scotland and parts of England.
