Benchmark International is pleased to announce the transaction between Edison Martial Arts, LLC, doing business as Satori Academy of Martial Arts, and Elevate Youth Development.

Edison Martial Arts LLC is a six-location martial arts company operating across New Jersey. The company uses the Satori brand under a licensing agreement with the founder of a separate two-studio system based in California. Edison Martial Arts is based in Edison, New Jersey, and was founded in 2007.

Elevate Youth Development is a private-equity-backed youth sports platform focused on investing in and supporting youth sports development—the company partners with established operators across the youth activities sector. Elevate Youth Development is based in New York City, New York, and was founded in 2024.
