Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Elysium Cymru Ltd and Iris Care Group

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Elysium Cymru by Iris Care Group.

The acquisition includes two supported living services, The Grove and Kensington Place, both based in Newport, South Wales.

Established in 2008, Elysium Cymru has proudly provided specialist supported living and residential care for adults with complex needs.

Iris Care Group is a specialist health and social care provider, offering a full pathway of services for people with complex care and support needs. With a fully integrated pathway of specialist services, Iris Care Group has shown ambitious growth in recent years to expand to 63 services, including specialist hospitals, supported living, residential care, nursing services, and a special educational needs college.

This acquisition is further demonstration of the continued progress Iris Care Group has made with sustained operational growth, and consistently high standards of care and quality.

Iris Care Group remains committed to improving the provision of specialist care within the UK with further opportunities to expand through strategic acquisitions, as well as continued plans to develop new robust specialist services in the community.
