Benchmark International is pleased to announce the transaction between EOS Europe and Modutec.
Aberdeen-based EOS Europe employs around 40 staff and provides services including hazardous area inspections, project management, construction, installation, testing and maintenance across the UK, USA and Norway.
Modutec designs and delivers marine and offshore living quarters and technical buildings for harsh and demanding environments. The acquisition will strengthen its capabilities and deepen its presence in the North East.

Following the deal, EOS Europe managing director George McLeod will continue to lead the business. He said: “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built at EOS Europe, and this marks an exciting new chapter for the business. Modutec is a natural fit, with complementary capabilities and a shared commitment to quality and delivery.”
