Through the acquisition of both Formula Facilities and Critical Area Cleaning, Promera has expanded its data centre services platform across the United Kingdom and Ireland, further strengthening its European footprint. Together, the businesses provide complementary contamination-control expertise across the full lifecycle of data centre environments, from construction and commissioning through live operations.
