Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Freeit Data Solutions, Inc. and Alchemy Technology Group

Alchemy Technology Group, a cybersecurity advisory, consulting, and reseller firm and a portfolio company of Avance Investment Management, has acquired Freeit Data Solutions, Inc., an Austin-based provider of data management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.

The acquisition enhances Alchemy's presence in Texas. It strengthens its capabilities across security and compliance, hybrid cloud, backup and protection, storage and hyperconvergence, virtual desktop infrastructure, data archiving, and consulting services. Freeit's strong focus on state, local, and education customers deepens Alchemy's ability to serve SLED organizations while extending its reach across enterprise and midsize commercial businesses.
