Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between North Carolina-based Pet Specialties LLC (“Phydeaux”) and Kentucky-based Feeders Pet Supply.
Phydeaux, founded in 2002, is a multi-location retailer of pet supplies targeted toward consumers. The business has three locations in the triangle area of North Carolina, with one in Raleigh, one in Chapel Hill, and one in Cary. They have the largest selection of premium quality dog, cat, bird, and small animal supplies in the Triangle, all at competitive prices. Phydeaux is committed to working towards ending pet overpopulation.
