Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between REVIT Textilservice GmbH and Beyondtex GmbH

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful transaction between REVIT and Beyondtex.

REVIT, founded 26 years ago in the Rhine/Main region, provides rental textiles for restaurants and hotels. Its product portfolio includes table linens, napkins, and a variety of other related items.

The acquiring company, Beyondtex, is based in Frankfurt and was founded by Svetlana Friesen. Bringing extensive industry experience, Ms. Friesen also owns DeFries Textil, which has been operating since 2021 and is a reputable provider of laundry services.

Beyondtex acquired 100% of the shares from the three shareholders. REVIT will continue to be led by the current managing director. This strategic acquisition strengthens the market position of both companies and creates a strong foundation for further growth.
