Xpert Energy Installations is a specialist energy installations business delivering heat pumps, ventilation, and renewable energy solutions, recognised for high technical standards, quality delivery, and professional expertise.

T Brown Group is a UK‑based specialist engineering and services group operating across the built environment, with particular expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, energy systems, and technically demanding infrastructure. The group brings deep technical capability and strong operational experience to the delivery and support of complex buildings, with a consistent focus on quality, reliability, and long‑term performance.

Backed by private equity firm Main Capital Partners, this transaction marks the sixth add-on acquisition for Omnidocs since partnering with the firm and further strengthens the group’s global market position. This combination marks an important step toward expanding Omnidocs’ presence among international enterprise customers while further enhancing the group’s product offering within outbound document generation and template control.

Following the acquisition, T Brown Group will work closely with Xpert Energy to share technical expertise and collaborate where it adds value, supporting the business as it continues to grow in partnership with its clients while preserving its specialist focus and the qualities that have driven its success.

Xpert Energy Installations will continue to operate as an independent business within T Brown Group, retaining its focus on delivering excellence for its customers.
