Benchmark International wins ‘Deal of the Year’ at Insider Dealmakers awards

Benchmark International’s UK team were the proud recipients of the ‘Deal of the Year (Sub £5m)’ award at the Insider Dealmaker Awards 2013, held at Manchester Central, Thursday 24 October 2013.

The award related specifically to the successful sale of Archive Solutions to Restore PLC for £3.35m, three times the amount offered by the same company prior to Archive Solutions engaging Benchmark International.

The Insider Dealmakers Awards were a fantastic chance to celebrate the overall achievements of the dealmaking community in a year when confidence has truly returned to the market.

2013 has been a fantastic year thus far for Benchmark International with record numbers of deal completions, strong deal values and high multiples received by our clients. A fantastic year which has now been topped off with an award to show for our achievements.

2013 is not over yet, however, and this award is certainly not an opportunity to rest on our laurels. Plenty of deal completions are expected before the end of the year and lots of hard work will be needed to ensure that these deals get over the line.
