Benchmark International is proud to announce that Brittney Zoeller, Global Creative and Brand Strategy Director, has been named a 2026 Business Woman of the Year honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Now in its 21st year, the Business Woman of the Year program is one of the most meaningful recognitions presented by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Each year, several hundred women are nominated. Following an in-depth editorial review, only a select group is chosen. In recent years, the program has intentionally narrowed the field to elevate the significance of the honor even further, recognizing women whose leadership, impact, and influence truly stand out across the Tampa Bay region.
Zoeller was selected for her exceptional leadership, career achievement, and meaningful community impact, particularly through her role in helping lead Benchmark International’s landmark naming rights partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Vinik Sports Group. As part of this historic partnership, Zoeller helped shape the strategic vision, creative direction, and execution of the rebrand of AMALIE Arena to Benchmark International Arena, one of the most visible and high-profile brand transformations in Tampa Bay.
Beyond visibility, the partnership represents a strategic investment in long-term brand equity, community connection, and organizational growth. Through the arena and Lightning collaboration, Benchmark International supports charitable initiatives and events benefiting Tampa Bay, including Coops Catch, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Metropolitan Ministries.
In her role at Benchmark International, Zoeller is accountable for global brand strategy and execution across all markets, working closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment between brand, growth, and long-term business objectives. Over her eleven-year tenure, she has built and scaled the firm’s marketing organization, strengthening brand consistency while supporting continued global expansion and industry leadership. Her work spans global brand leadership, high-profile partnerships, and community investment, positioning Benchmark International on both a national and international stage.
Zoeller began her career in the Tampa Bay advertising community at local agency FKQ, working on nationally recognized brands including Hertz, the Tampa Bay Lightning, McDonald’s, and World of Beer. She has received multiple ADDY Awards throughout her career, including recognition for the St. Pete Clearwater International Airport logo, which remains in use today.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Zoeller is deeply committed to community and philanthropy. She is a longtime supporter of the Epilepsy Services Foundation of Hillsborough County, regularly leading the largest team in its annual walk and contributing through ongoing fundraising and gala support. She also supports Wheelchairs 4 Kids, participating in its Jail and Bail fundraiser and helping provide mobility equipment for children with special needs.
Zoeller is a wife, a mother of two, and a senior leader who brings resilience, empathy, and accountability to every role she holds. Her recognition as a 2026 Business Woman of the Year reflects not only professional success but also the lasting impact she continues to make in Tampa Bay and beyond.
The 2026 Business Woman of the Year honorees will be formally recognized at a black-tie awards gala on March 27 at the Tampa Hilton Downtown.
Benchmark International congratulates Brittney Zoeller on this well-deserved honor and proudly celebrates her leadership, impact, and continued commitment to excellence.
