Announced league tables include all deals announced between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024, of which LSEG Data & Analytics was made aware. All current data and previous year's data are as of 6:00 pm EST on July 08, 2024.
Global Small-Cap M&A deals would include transactions valued up to $50 million (including undisclosed-value deals). League tables include rank-eligible mergers, acquisitions, repurchases, spin-offs, self-tenders, minority stake purchases, and debt restructurings.
