We recently received a very nice letter from one of our current UK clients, David Brown of Skypark Secure Ltd (Skypark).
Skypark is a fantastic business which is ready to move up to the next level. Having began trading in 2001 providing parking services at Liverpool airport, the company has developed significantly to the point where they are now providing, via an efficient online booking facility, parking, hotels, lounges, insurance and transfers to customers year on year.
Whist the company is yet to sell, the marketing process has created a great level of interest in the opportunity, however, the timing of the sale has been an issue. Yet, despite not having completed a successful transaction, our clients have been very pleased with the service we have provided to date and they fully understand that the primary issue currently preventing the sale is timing.
With this in mind we have developed a revised marketing plan, having worked closely with the company to develop a strategic plan to push the business on to the next level. The plan now is to re-enter the market in 12 to 24 months and the directors of the company have made it very clear that they want us working closely beside them.
