James has built a strong track record at Benchmark International, having completed his first £10m+ transaction in 2018 and subsequently leading a number of significant deals for the Manchester office.
His achievements, alongside those of his colleagues, contributed to the team being named Young Professional Team of the Year at the Insider North West Young Professionals Awards 2025. With experience spanning both sell-side and buy-side mandates, James has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions.
