Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Northumberland-based Coastal Retreats to Norwich-based Original Cottages.

Established in 2002, Coastal Retreats exclusively manages a portfolio of upmarket coastal holiday cottages, primarily located in Northumberland.

Original Cottages works with local agents that manage and let high-quality self-catering accommodation across the UK. The transaction is part of Original Cottage’s strategy to grow through acquisition.
