This acquisition is a significant step in Modigent's expansion, uniting companies with aligned values and complementary strengths. The transaction closed in Q3 of 2025 and marks Modigent's entry into Houston, one of the largest HVAC markets in the United States. With 40% more service calls than any other city in Texas, Houston has been a high-priority market for Modigent's strategic expansion.
