I would like to thank Benchmark International for their persistence, and focus during this transaction. As is often the case, this transaction faced numerous challenges during each stage of the process. The Benchmark team remained focused, and leveraged their experience to maintain forward progress during difficult times of the process.

Working very closely with Roger at Benchmark International was first-class; it was clear he had a great deal of expertise, and it was a comfort to have Roger's expertise during the process. He explained to me the various processes, but also that when it comes to selling a business there are no hard and fast rules and that each sale is unique and individual. Also, that I as the seller, was very much in control. Roger was in touch with us constantly throughout the process to reassure us that everything was going according to our wishes. Benchmark International took a step by step approach to giving us an initial valuation as well as giving us an idea of the process as to how the business would be marketed and how we would source potential buyers.
