Mr. Hoogesteger holds a degree in International Business and Management from TIO University of Applied Sciences, forming the foundation of his internationally oriented and commercially driven career.

With over 10 years of experience in business development and entrepreneurship - including five years in B2B SaaS, Warner has developed strong expertise in scaling businesses, building strategic partnerships, and driving value creation. His entrepreneurial background, combined with advisory experience, enable him to approach each engagement with both a practical and strategic mindset.

Experience

In 2016, Warner co-founded socialmediacounter.com. After several years of growth and development, the company was successfully exited in 2021 by Warner and his brother. This hands-on experience strengthened his passion for scaling businesses and laid the foundation for his long-term interest in M&A and B2B SaaS.

Following the exit, Warner worked for multiple start- and scale-ups in commercial and business development roles. In these positions, he was responsible for building international sales pipelines, refining go-to-market strategies and driving sustainable (recurring) revenue growth.

Currently, as Associate Director at Benchmark International, Warner advises business owners across the Benelux region on exits, growth strategies, and strategic transformations. His work is characterized by strong commercial insight, a hands-on approach, and a clear focus on maximizing value throughout the M&A process.
