About
Ms. Sullivan is originally from Eustis, FL, and she also has an international background. Along with her experience in tax accounting at a big four accounting firm, she graduated with an International MBA from the University of Pisa, which has assisted her in creating detailed and thorough marketing collateral for our clients. With over 3 years of experience, Kayla holds quite a passion for analyzing company operations and financials in order to effectively prepare each client for market.

Experience
In her role as an Associate Director at Benchmark International, Kayla communicates with business owners to obtain information regarding each company's operations and financial situation. She analyzes our clients' financial statements and other corporate documents to find the unique strengths each company possesses in order to increase valuation once negotiating the desired exit strategy. These findings are utilized to prepare and develop the marketing materials used to promote each opportunity we are representing.
Prior to Benchmark International, Ms. Sullivan was a Tax Process Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in partnership tax. In 2016, she moved to Italy to pursue a full-time International MBA, whereafter she joined Benchmark international.
She was motivated to join Benchmark International not only because she wanted to get into the area of mergers & acquisitions, but also because she was drawn to the exceptional team dynamic. Immediately upon being acquainted with everyone on the team, she recognized that this is a place where colleagues challenge and push you to always do your best. For Kayla, the people she works with are one of the most important aspects of a career and Benchmark International exceeds her expectations.
